Hi,
first, let me just say that MM2.5D is awesome! I was also glad to find you've included RushJet1's remakes since I listen to these all the time.

That sort of brings me to the actual suggestion. Reading the FAQ, I've found this:
Why does the game take up so much harddrive space?

The main reason for this is the music. To make it loop properly we need to use WAV-files, which eat up a lot of space.

Well, I've actually written a NSF player in C# (fully managed code) that can also handle VRC6 (other extensions are of course possible to do as well). For any music that exists as a .nsf, this solves both the looping and size issues. CPU use is negligible (<1% on my Q6600).

If you'd like, I'd be more than happy to provide the player (and help integrate it into the project if needed). :]
