Hi all, this is not a question, it's a TUTORIAL. (Updated 10-13-2018)
There is a way to play online with 60fps and 0 lag aprox. First of all you need a PC with Windows 8 or 10 installed and a modern PC, not a "toaster" xD, a GPU that has 0.264h encoder and decoder and a good internet conexion. For example my PC has a NVidia GTX 760 and an Intel Core i5-4670 3,4 GHz. This is for being host. If you want to be client you need Windows 7, 8 or 10, a GPU with 0.264h decoder and not a toaster.
Second one you need to install a program called Parsec. Right now is the best program to play online to any local coop game. Download it in
parsecgaming.com/
Once you have installed Parsec, if you are host, open Parsec and click on the gear icon, then go to Hosting section and click on Enable Hosting.
When host is accepting connections, clients can connect to the host. First one host and clients must be friends. For this go to Friends and add them finding them by nickname. Once host and clients are friends, clients can connect to host. For this go to Play, host must appear, click on connect and Host has to press Ctrl + F1 to allow client connection or accept him/her manually.
Once clients are connected they are ready for playing but first they have to push any button of the gamepad and host PC will recognize them.
Gamepads are enable by default, and keyboard and mouse can be enabled too.
And now, play!
I hope this tutorial help you, cheers!
PD: there are new features like remap buttons, eliminate echo sound, h.265 decoder, chat, party finder, etc. that I won't describe here, I let you discovered them and if you have doubts you can ask to Parsec team in Discord
