About Me
My name is Peter Sjöstrand. I'm 24 years old, live in Sweden and spend most of my time creating animation for people to enjoy. I've been playing around with 2D animation for a long time, then I studied 3D at university from 2003 to 2006. Unlike most people there I was more interested in making stuff that looked cartoony rather than going for realism.
I've been especially interested in cel-shaded animation ever since having played Jet Set Radio on the Dreamcast back in 2000. The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker has also been a great source of inspiration for me both in terms of visuals as well as animation.
Since graduating I've mostly been working random jobs unrelated to my field as well as trying to improve as an animator. I currently work part-time as a computer-teacher at a local school and I'm also doing an internship at an advertisement bureau.
